业务流程:

a .协助客户跟进订单，安排货款回款，协助验货(客户需提供订单复印件)

2. 确定装货日期后，订舱并安排拖车装货(根据客户要求，确定积载船的名称和航次，并为客户安排舱位)。指示客户填写客户委托书(提供收货人的公司名称、地址、电话、传真、联系人、电子邮件地址以及货物名称的确认)，然后将加盖印章的复印件寄回客户，形成一份简单的合同。在客户指定地点安排装箱。

3.报关。

Business process:

A. Assist the customer to follow up the order and arrange the collection and payment for goods and assist the inspection of goods (the customer should provide a copy of the order)
