关于DHL:

10. 所有寄往印度的包裹，在交付印度海关清关前，收货人应将印度政府签发的身份证号码、身份证复印件和地址证明交当地海关备案。如果收货人没有及时向当地海关提交上述文件，货物到达印度海关时将被扣留。在收货人提交上述文件之前，货物可以进入正式的清关流程。寄往印度的包裹的清关规定如下:

About the DHL:
1. The calculation formula of light bubble cargo weight is: length width height (cm) 5000.
2. For the goods with the length exceeding 120cm on either side of the single piece or the actual weight exceeding 70kg on the single piece, the attachment fee of RMB240 per shipment will be charged
3. Russia, Brazil and Saudi Arabia do not accept package service;
